Market Central offers superior eat-in menu options and ambiance for those who desire the total dining experience.  For those students on the go, there’s a separate section including Market-To-Go for tasty take-out meals, Quick Zone for convenient snacks and beverages, and we even have a Taco Bell retail venue.

Made-to-Order Restaurants

A four-foot community grill serves as the canvas for our chefs’ creative impulses. We feature Pan-Asian flavors that you can use to create your own specialty order. For example, you might select shitake mushrooms and red bell peppers to go with teriyaki grilled chicken and spicy Thai sauce over a bed of sticky rice. Many meatless options are included for vegetarian guests.

What's more inviting than the smell of baking bread? How about a bowl of savory, homemade soup or a cup of specialty coffee? Basic Kneads offers all of these and more! Choose from an array of fresh pastries, muffins, and bagels, as well as grilled paninis, made-to-order subs and wraps, fresh fruits and cereal.

Enjoy pasta your way every day, plus bistro-style options that carry a distinct Mediterranean flavor. Choose from an assortment of oven baked pizzas cooked right before your eyes. Signature specials include creamy polenta with sautéed spinach and angel hair pasta with garlic in olive oil or pomodoro parmesan. Try a side of greens, drizzled with balsamic and basil vinaigrette.

Healthful fare is more creative and delicious than ever. Our sauté chef custom-prepares dishes, which you can select from a variety of sizzling specialties. Choices range from the exotic (curried tofu with jasmine rice) to the simple (soup and veggie burger), but nothing is ordinary. Don't have time to sit down and eat? No problem. For those of you on the go, Market To-Go offers select take-out meals from the venues within Market Central. Choose a hot meal or grab a quick sub or wrap and finish it off with a delicious dessert from our Simply To Go Bakery.

In a hurry? Need to grab something quick or just want to sock your fridge? The Quick Zone offers convenience-like items, such as snacks and bottled beverages that you can eat while walking to your next class. Try our salad bar and top it with whatever you're in the mood for. We also feature many vegan items, including vegan garden salads, grilled vegetable and hummus wraps, tofu chef salads, Portobello focaccia sandwiches, pita and hummus, spinach and cranberry walnut salads, fruit cups, and veggie cups.
