The current supply of H1N1 vaccine in the INJECTABLE FORM will be administered at:

Tuesday, November 24, 2009
From 8:30 a.m.  to 11:00 a.m.

To register for the H1N1 vaccination, students must submit the form to the left.

Registered students must bring a valid Pitt ID and are encouraged to bring a printed copy of their registration email for H1N1 vaccination that is numbered from 00001 through 00800.

The H1N1 vaccination is free to Pitt students, and at this time, the vaccination is only available to those students who are registered.

This will be the first time that a Pittsburgh campus clinic will administer the vaccine in its injectable form. At the five previous H1N1 clinics held on campus, only the nasal-spray form of the vaccine was available.
