Forward Food

The Forward Food pop-up is a 100% plant-based, healthy, and sustainable option for diners in Market Central! The pop-up is inspired by a two-day plant-based food culinary training that two dozen of our Market Central staff participated in over the 2017 spring break. The menu offers students delicious and nutritious food for those interested in eating less meat/more plants/good food! Stop by for a sample of a dish! The pop-up will feature a new plant-based dish 7 days/week for the rest of the spring 2017 semester.
