Your Pitt ID is the tool that every student, faculty, and staff member needs to access essential campus services. Your Pitt ID is programmed to give access to your residence hall, meal membership, and transportation. Other facilities and services on and off campus are also accessible with your Pitt ID.
Pitt students, faculty, and staff are required to pre-submit a photo for their Pitt ID. Even if you choose a physical Panther Card that you will pick up at Panther Central, you are still required to pre-submit a photo. You will receive a link via email to pre-submit your photo. This link will be unique to you. You can submit your photo and download your Mobile Panther ID. If you opted for a physical Panther Card, stop in to pick up your card at Panther Central. You will be sent instructions on how to retrieve your new Panther Card once our Panther Central team has processed your photo. Please follow the photo submission guidelines below.
