For emergency repairs at Centre Plaza, Forbes-Craig, Oakwood, as well as all University owned apartments except Bouquet Gardens, please call Property Management at 412-624-9900. To cancel a maintenance request, please call 412-624-9900.

For emergency repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, or problems with doors, keys, or locks at Bouquet Gardens call Panther Central immediately at 412-648-1100.

          As a requestor of maintenance work, you will be emailed several times throughout the maintenance process. You will receive a maintenance request receipt email, a service request email outlining the details of your maintenance request, as well as status updates regarding your maintenance request. Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly and your mailbox is not full to ensure delivery of the aforementioned emails.

Pest Control work requests will be treated on Wednesdays and Sundays only. In order for a work request to be completed on a Wednesday, it must be submitted no later than 2pm on the Tuesday prior. To be completed on a Sunday, work orders must be submitted no later than 2pm on the Friday prior.

For routine maintenance, technicians will normally enter the room between the hours of 9am to 3pm. Emergency issues will be addressed immediately.

The University has the right for authorized representatives to enter residents'
accommodations for housekeeping or maintenance purposes, verification of
occupancy, and to verify that the health and safety regulations of the University
are in compliance. The University is not responsible for any damages or loss of
personal property of a student resulting from such entry. (Section 1, Article 63;
