For the health and safety of our community, the University will be following a staggered move-in schedule beginning January 8th and 9th. Mitigation efforts will be put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Refer to the resources detailed below for more information on your new move-in date and time, parking, mandatory Covid-19 testing, and our cancellation policy.
Arrival Schedule Spring 2022
Dining
Housing and Dining Services will be operating until a shelter-in-place model. No guests will be permitted in the residence halls until the conclusion of the return of all cohorts. Dining services will resume Saturday, January 8th on a to-go basis only.
Parking
Detailed information for parking recommendations is included in the spring move-in brochure (link when brochures are approved). The University understands plans may cause students to arrive on a different day. While it is critical that our students follow the recommended days, students will be able to arrive outside those times.
Covid-19 Testing
Please be advised that all students will be required to test for Covid-19 upon arriving to campus. Important: Those unvaccinated and approved to remain on campus, must have a negative test result processed before access will be granted. Do NOT arrive to campus without a negative PCR test result. Cancellations
To cancel spring term housing and/or meal membership, please follow these instructions to complete the withdrawal process. If a student needs to return to campus to pick up personal belongings, please indicate the request on the cancellation form. Once the cancellation is approved, follow-up details on move-out will be sent.
Contact Panther Central with any questions. We will respond as quickly as possible. Panther Central will resume the holiday schedule January 4th – 7th from 8:30am – 5pm. Regular 24/7 hours of operation will resume on Saturday, January 8 at 7:00 am.
