John Gault – Manager of Dining Services

John Gault is the Manager of Dining Services for the University of Pittsburgh. John has worked in the food service industry for 15 years, serving in several different capacities - Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and Line Cook, and has assisted in opening multiple Collegiate Dining accounts. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his family and being the chef at home. He can also be found exploring Pittsburgh’s constantly evolving food and beverage scene or on one of the many golf courses the region offers.

Lindsay Wilson – Pitt Eats Dietitian

Lindsay Wilson MS, RD, LD, a registered and licensed dietitian, joined the Pitt Eats team in August 2022. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Dietetics from The University of Pittsburgh, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Despite being new to the Pitt Eats team, Lindsay has over 11 years of experience working as a registered dietitian in college and university food service. During her tenure with University Housing and Dining at The University of Texas at Austin, Lindsay helped build a nationally recognized food allergy program and award-winning nutrition and wellness programming. As a Pitt alumna, Lindsay is dedicated to using her prior experience and expertise to ensure a safe and inclusive campus dining community. Therefore, Lindsay provides free nutrition consultations to help students determine the dining strategy that best meets their individual needs. Appointments are available to any student on a Pitt Eats meal plan and can cover a wide range of topics including healthy dining on campus, managing a food allergy, intolerance, or other medical-based diet, available dining options for faith-based and lifestyle diets, and dining accommodation inquiries.

Leigh Culley – Director of Disability Resources and Services

Leigh Culley, MEd, is the Director at Disability Resources and Services at the University of Pittsburgh. She has been with the office since 2002. Leigh oversees service provision for University staff, faculty and students with disabilities within all undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Prior to joining the University, Leigh worked with adolescents and adults in community mental health. Leigh earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She achieved a Master of Education in school counseling from the University of Pittsburgh.

Meg Mayer-Costa – Registered Dietitian

Meg Mayer-Costa MS, RD, LDN is the Registered Dietitian for The University of Pittsburgh. She works at the Student Health Service (SHS) located within the Wellness Center of Nordenberg Hall. Meg received her BS in dietetics from University of Connecticut and her Master of Science in nutrition from Penn State. A dietitian for more than 25 years, she also teaches in Pitt’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Meg assists students with any and all issues, questions, and concerns relating to nutrition and their personal health. She also frequently provides nutrition programming to the University community. Meg is a member of the University of Pittsburgh’s Committee on Allergy-Based Dining. She looks forward to working collaboratively with students to support their nutrition and eating needs. Students can access her free nutrition consultations by contacting SHS.
