Effective July 1, 2020, the University of Pittsburgh's food service operations became managed by Chartwells. Like all other food service providers, Chartwells' operations at Pitt are subject to Allegheny County Health Department inspections year-round. Inspections ensure that facilities and operations comply with industry standard best practices. The process enables Pitt to monitor Chartwells' food service operators at the University and to improve safety practices and policies.
The status of all inspection results from University dining operations will be available below once health and safety inspections resume.
