Our campus in the Oakland neighborhood provides housing to more than 7,900 undergraduate students. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and lifestyles, and they make a major contribution to the multicultural richness and diversity of the University community.

Housing Process for First-Year Students

Housing Application

Complete your housing application and submit your $325 housing deposit to participate in our Housing Selection Process.

Pre-Submit Your Photo for Your Panther Card

To ensure safe social distance and compliance with the University's COVID-19 protocols, all students are required to pre-submit a photo for their Panther Card. Follow our photo guidelines and pre-submit your photo today! 

Meal Memberships

Students residing in on-campus accommodations are required to select a meal memberships while completing the housing application. Pick a meal plan that suites your needs. 

Panther Card (Student ID)

Your Panther Card is an important piece of identification that gives you access to a wide range of University facilities and services. Learn more about using your card to access your room, dining facilities, transportation, and much more
