Meet Pitt's Mobility Mentors!

Our student Mobility Mentors are here to help fellow students navigate campus. They are knowledgeable of Pitt Mobility’s services through their experiences living, studying, and working on and off campus.

Amethyst GutierrezAmethyst Gutierrez (she/her) is studying English Writing with a focus in Fiction, as well as Creative Writing with a focus in Poetry. Amethyst is a coordinator for Pitt Arrival. She lives off campus and is a frequent user of the PRT buses. She is more than happy to answer any questions relating to the fare-free Pittsburgh Regional Transit, as well as any Arrival related questions. 

Maggie SalzmanMaggie Salzman (she/her) is a first-year student majoring in Social Work. Maggie often uses the Pitt shuttles as well as the public PRT transportation, and is knowledgeable about parking on campus. She is happy to answer any questions about buses or parking and to help you navigate your way around Pittsburgh!

Jaclyn KimJaclyn Kim (she/her) is studying Computer Science. She has been with the Mobility Department for about two years and is well-versed in many areas of the department. As someone who lives off-campus, Jaclyn is also very familiar with the PRT buses and navigating the city. She’s happy to assist with any questions about parking, buses home for holiday breaks, or the shuttles to Pitt football games at Acrisure! Jacob EvangelistaJacob Evangelista (he/him) is studying Political Science & International Studies. He is interested in Mobility and helping everyone get where they need to! He is knowledgeable about cycling, POGOH-ing, riding the PRT, and riding the CMU & Pitt Campus shuttles. He lived on Upper Campus in his first year and now lives off campus in Squirrel Hill. He is more than happy to help answer any mobility-related questions!

Maggie LiMaggie Li (she/her) is studying Psychology & Rehabilitation Sciences, pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy in grad school. She is the coordinator for Pitt Arrival and works with students, the University, and the Pittsburgh community to oversee the move-in process in the fall. She’s happy to answer any questions regarding Arrival, buses home for holiday breaks, or shuttles to Pitt football games! Feel free to reach out to Maggie with any questions!

Paul RossmellPaul Rossmell (he/him) is studying Finance and Business Analytics. He specializes in parking and parking enforcement, helping ensure that everyone can find a spot and understand University guidelines. He is knowledgeable about campus parking policies, permit regulations, and enforcement procedures. Plus, he enjoys biking in his free time. Paul is more than happy to help answer any parking-related questions you may have!
